Artist Songs
Songs presented on this website may be described as artist demos . These demos are intended to allow singers and artists to discover original material that may still be available for licensing or artistic development.

Exclusive Licenses

Any exclusive license will be governed by a separate written agreement defining, among other things:
- Rights granted
- Exclusivity
- Territory
- Duration
- Permitted uses

- Delivery of production materials

Production Materials
Depending on the applicable agreement, Gran America Music may provide certain production materials to an authorized artist, which may include:
- Original master or song in WAV format
- Instrumental version
- Vocal tracks
- Individual stems or production tracks
- Reference demo
Providing these materials does not grant additional rights beyond those expressly stated in the applicable written agreement.
Song Availability
Gran America Music intends to display on its Available Songs page only songs that remain available at that time.
However, availability may change. A song may be removed, reserved, licensed or otherwise become unavailable at any time.
The appearance of a song on this website does not constitute a guarantee, reservation or binding offer.
Singer and Artist Submissions
Singers and artists may voluntarily submit recordings, links, videos or information for consideration by Gran America Music.
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, representation, collaboration, licensing, employment or any other professional relationship.
Artists should submit only material that they are authorized to share.
